Why we collect it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to do the work you ask us to do. We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

  • We store enquiries on a server that we control.

  • If you ask us to approach the holder of a name, we contact that holder. We do not give the holder your name or details unless you agree.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives data about your visit, such as pages viewed and an approximate location. You can block it with your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and speeds it up. Cloudflare also adds a small Web Analytics script that counts page views and load times. Cloudflare says this script does not set cookies or track you across other sites.

See, correct or delete your details

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Send the request through the enquiry form with the email address you used before.

Complaints

If you have a concern about your privacy, tell us through the enquiry form first. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
