The information on this site is general information. It is not legal advice. When we describe the auDA Licensing Rules, we tell you what the rules say. For advice about your own situation, talk to a lawyer.
.au names and eligibility
auDA sets the rules for .au names. A sale, transfer or registration of a .au name can go ahead only if the new holder meets those rules for that name. We check eligibility with you, but auDA and the registrar make the final decision.
Enquiries are not orders
An enquiry through this site does not create an order or a contract. We take no payment through this site. Before we do paid work, we agree the work and the fee with you.
No promise of a result
A holder may refuse to sell a name, and a lost name may not be recoverable. We tell you what we find, but we cannot promise a result.

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
